Healthy and Nutritious Cooking Workshops
Love Nutritious Food offer workshops for children, young people and adults, teaching you how to get the very best nutrition out of your food as well as the importance of healthy eating as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Taught in St Davids each workshop is two hours long and covers a range of recipes to inspire you and encourages you to discover the excitement that food can bring. You get involved in the whole cooking process from reading the recipes to weighing and measuring the ingredients.
You are encouraged to taste during the cooking process so you can see how textures and flavours change once cooked and provides an insight into how different foods come about! We enjoy using seasonal, fresh, local, fruit and vegetables and a wide range of grains, beans and other whole ingredients and seasonings, providing all the minerals and nutrients the body requires for full health.
Love Nutritious Food is fully insured and hold certificates in food hygiene, first aid and safe guarding. We provide all of the ingredients, cooking equipment, an apron, packaging and cooking know-how! Our workshops and recipes are updated every season giving you the opportunity to learn new healthy recipes throughout the year! During each session you will have fun with hands-on experience and everyone takes home their delicious and nutritious dish together with a recipe card to cook again at home.
Cost for a 2 hr workshop including all refreshments, equipment, ingredients, recipe card and food to eat in or take away;
Children (aged between 5 – 7 years)
£12.00 per session
Children (aged between 7 – 12 years)

Young people (aged between 12 – 15 years)
£18.00 per session
£25.00 per session
Adult and Child Duo – (children aged between 2 – 5 years)
£20.00 per session, (1.5 hrs only)
