I now specialise in Rehabilitation, Reflexology and Reiki and offer you a truly holistic assessment which can be used in conjunction with conventional medical advice & sometimes as an alternative treatment following professional assessment.

Gentle therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.

Many illnesses can result from stress when the body does not receive the opportunity to relax. Many people say that their job is their therapy and relaxation because they enjoy it so much.
We forget that tension can build up slowly and gradually, often resulting in abnormal stress which can overtax us physically as well as mentally.
Whenever there is abnormal stress, we should aim to get rid of it as soon as possible before it results in exhaustion.
By learning how to relax and appreciating the real joy of simply being still, it is possible to improve our overall health and change many negative, destructive thoughts into truly positive, healing reactions.
Massage and relaxation therapies such as reflexology and reiki offer an invaluable aid in the treatment of an unsettled body.
Many of us feel guilty when we take time to care for our needs – please don’t. Make a practice of doing something nurturing for yourself on a regular basis and I promise you – you will reap the benefits.
