Gluten Free Cookery Workshop for Adults

If you have opted to reduce gluten or omit it completely from your diet, this workshop will show you how to use gluten free carbohydrates in the form of grains, rice, corn, noodles, pulses and starchy vegetable to create a variety of delicious and wholesome dishes.
Some examples of gluten free ingredients that will be used within the diverse range of flavoursome and nutritious recipes; Grains and cereals; basmati rice, quinoa, buckwheat, oats, bran, corn, rice noodles; Pulses and beans; chickpeas, haricot beans, kidney beans, lentils, Nuts and Seeds; flaxseed, pumpkin; Starchy Veg; sweet corn, parsnips, squash, sweet potatoes; Flours; arrowroot, buckwheat flour, corn flour, cornmeal, polenta, rice flour, tapioca flour;
You’ll learn to create a range of dishes such as; Spinach and feta pie, courgette, pine nuts & basil risotto, mozzarella, pesto and tomato pizza, black olive and herb quinoa salad, savoury muffins and granola bars
