Introducing Solid Food: 10+ months

Time to chew!

At 10 months babies often have teeth and therefore ready to satrt eating shredded or mashed fish and meat, and lumps the size of whole peas and sweetcorn!

We will discuss recipes and make a few meals that a lumpier but still held together in a thick puree.

How much does the course cost?

The cost of the workshop is £15.00 and includes recipes, samples and refreshments.  When time allows there will be a hands on practical session, making a variety of snacks and main meals using seasonal produce. Parents are asked to bring  either a car seat or pushchair in order for the baby to be safe and secure whilst they sample some of the foods that are prepared or to allow parents  to take part in the practical part of the workshop.

Please note the workshop includes ingredients, equipment and the use of suitable bowls and spoons, however you will be required to bring a bib and suitable cup.
