Saturday Kitchen for Teens – Middle Eastern Cookery

Exotic Moroccan, Lebanese and Persian cuisines have a strong influence on Middle Eastern cooking and the workshop gives you a chance to prepare and savour some of the region’s most vibrant and exciting dishes. You’ll learn how to blend an array of aromatic spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, and rich roasted cumin and healthy beans and pulses to create a selection of delicious and authentic Middle Eastern dishes.
You’ll learn to create a range of dishes such as; Moroccan couscous salad, vegetable tagine with dates and almonds, falafel accompanied by fresh colourful salads and handmade flatbreads.
This workshop is suitable for children aged 13 years and over.
