Saturday Kitchen for Teens – Vegan & Vegetarian

Whether you are vegan or vegetarian this workshop will dispel any myths that vegans only eat salad, vegetables and fruit! Vegan diets can be diverse and delicious and with the growth of replacement products that can add additional texture, flavour and creativity to your meals why not have a go at making all of your favourite meals guilt-free!
You’ll learn to create a range of dishes such as; sweet potato and kale burritos, black bean chilli, vegetable korma, sweet potato and black bean burgers, vegetable slaw, Moroccan spiced butternut squash filo pie and banana and chocolate bread.
This workshop is suitable for children aged 13 years and over.
