Jo Phillips

Jo qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2012 with the Sivananda School. Her other qualifications include Level 4 Mindfulness with CPCAB, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra and Yoga for individuals with special needs. She has taught general yoga and special needs/disabilities yoga for 4 years. An important part of her work was a charitable training program at a special needs school in Sri Lanka, creating awareness about conditions such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Down’s Syndrome.

Newsletter.PicShe is a qualified Yoga Therapist with Yoga Campus and has worked in the mental health field offering Yoga/ Mindfulness to adults, teenagers and children for the NHS at the Chelsea & West Hospital and their sister hospital. Jo believes in the healing benefits of Yoga/Mindfulness on a physical, emotional and psychological level.

Amanda has a lovely relaxed nature. She has been treating the whole family since her third year at college. The space is always safe and inviting and the results for us all have been great, healing insomnia, hormonal problems, chronic ear infections, autistic spectrum, anxiety and depression, together with a myriad of acute prescriptions from sore throats to the common cold and flu.
