Family ‘No Cook’ Workshop                                                                                                        Learn about and prepare no-cook, energy-boosting meal and snack recipes that the whole family will enjoy.  Suitable for children aged between 5 – 11 years and their parents/carers.

Summer Cookery for Children (for children aged between 5 – 11 years)

Children will cook a range of both savoury and sweet dishes, entirely from scratch using fresh ingredients. All students will work independently to create their recipes and at the end of the session they can take their food home.

 Saturday Kitchen for Children (for children aged between 5 – 11 years)

Learning takes place in small, friendly groups to allow the children to gain confidence in the kitchen, which filters through into all aspects of life. They will learn a number of different methods and techniques whilst having fun learning to cook new dishes from scratch.

Saturday Kitchen for Teens (for young people aged between 11 – 15 years)

This monthly workshop provides teens with the basic skills they need to cook confidently on their own, supporting a balanced diet and maintaining a healthy relationship with food enabling them to gain their own independence in the kitchen.

Cookery for Adults (and accompanied young people aged over 15 years)             Each workshop provides a general overview of the properties of certain foods and how these can be used to support health through home cooking with nutritious and fresh ingredients.

 Make and enjoy an afternoon tea!

This alternative tea is the perfect way to get together with friends and family.  You will prepare and make a range of cakes, sandwiches and of course scones that you can then enjoy with a glass of sparkling wine or a selection of tea and coffee.
