What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates. It works on developing a balanced body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness.
The Pilates method works well for a wide range of people, creating stronger, longer, leaner bodies and more able to do anything with grace and ease.

Matwork Sessions

All group sessions cost £7 if paid for in advance for a term

Mondays

9.15-10.15 Beginner/Improver Level
10.30-11.30 Intermediate Level

(11.45-12.45 Total Barre Class) – Introducing Total Barre at St Davids Wellbeing

Pip also runs group sessions in Solva on Thursday mornings and private 1:1 sessions in her fully equipped studio in St Davids throughout the week.
