Viniyoga is a gentle form of yoga using traditional postures to support and develop the breath. It is a meditative approach, suitable for all abilities.

Lisa teaches short courses based on a theme. All classes cost £8 and are payable in 6-7 week blocks.

Lisa also offers private yoga classes for small groups e.g. a hen weekend or a family at £40 an hour.

A wonderful way to connect with your unborn baby. You will learn postures, relaxation and breathing techniques, affirmations and sound work which may help with labour and delivery. These classes will give you the chance to slow down, relax and have some time for just you and your baby. You will also make great friendships.
You may join after 14 weeks into your pregnancy and payment is in 6-week blocks of £48
It is also possible to have antenatal yoga as a 1:1 yoga therapy in St Davids at £35 an hour.


Individual tuition is aimed at developing your own practice, personally designed to meet your needs and lifestyle. This was how Yoga was traditionally taught. If you want to develop your Yoga, and make it really effective in supporting your life, or you want a Yoga routine to help with a specific need or problem, then this is for you.
This approach is helpful for those unable to attend a weekly class. It is also possible to have antenatal yoga as a 1:1 yoga therapy in St Davids at £35 an hour.
This will usually be a course of 6 sessions over a few months and a discount can be offered for block bookings.
Session 1 – 90 minutes £50, subsequent sessions £35 an hour

Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth – Couples Workshops.
Perfect for birth partners to understand what you are learning in class which helps them to support you practically and effectively during labour and birth. The next one is 10am-12pm Saturday 9th April and costs £30 per couple.




  • 2 nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast in St Davids Cross Hotel
  • 10 hours yoga tuition following a theme such as Ayurveda & Yoga or Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras
  • ‘Really Wild’ food foraging and dining experience on Saturday night
